Jo'Burger
The burgers are great and I get the whole gourmet thing but sometimes I wish they would make them just a little smaller. Some people love the massive burgers but I would much rather something that I can actually fit into my mouth! Good vibe in here though with the music and funky staff!
The 51
Decent food in here and a great place for watching rugby matches. Can feel quite empty though when no crowd there as it is a massive bar that stretches all the way back.
Milano (Temple Bar)
I know that this may be a chain but the food is always good and you know exactly what you are going to get pizza wise in here. Never going to break the bank and good overall standard!
Pearl Brasserie
Easily some of the best food in Dublin at the moment. Had a business meeting here recently and I have to say that it totally rocked and clients were super happy. The crowd is very business focused at lunch time and that is also the best time to eat there for value
Barista's Cafe
Good little spot to get a coffee and a pastry but I wasn't mad about the food. Nice selection of pastries and desserts to choose from.
The Old Stand
I went in here recently for a quick bite to eat and I have never seen better staff. I was offered a newspaper, brought free water, my meal in under 5 minutes and all with a smile on their face. It is real old school and the food very basic but I would go back just for the service
The Merrion Inn
Easily the best roast lunch in Dublin in my opinion. They have amazing roast beef that just melts in the mouth and a great selection of salads and desserts.
Les Freres Jacques
Have eaten in here quite a lot in the past and it feels like walking into a little piece of France in the center of Dublin. Good deals to be had and the food is awesome. Bit off the beaten track and not somewhere you would expect to see a great restaurant in but this truly is one!
Green Nineteen Cafe
Love eating out in Dublin and I have to say this is one of the best newcomers on the block! The value for money is insane! Not the trendiest part of town but they are obv saving on rent to keep costs down which is cool with me!
One Pico Restaurant
Some of the best food in Dublin but not one of the best known restaurants. I think it must have to do with their location. I had never heard of it before a freind brought me and we had one of the best long lunches ever with lots of wine and weren't put under any pressure to leave at all
Tippenyaki
This place is great for the spectacle but the food wasn't anything to write home about. great place to go with a few friends for some drinks and a lively evening of light hearted fun though!
